Restorative path will provide services for participating athletes during the 2026 World Athletics Cross Country Championships!

The 46th World Athletics Cross Country Championships will be held on January 10, 2026 at Apalachee Regional Park. This marks the first time in over 30 years that this prestigious global competition returns to the United States. World-class runners, coaches and teams from across the country and around the world will gather on this storied course. Here, they will experience the endurance, camaraderie, and energy of championship racing on our home turf. 

Mobile Massage Therapy Supporting World Class Athletes

For competitive runners, long distance racing and hours spent on uneven terrain can lead to soreness, muscle tension, and stiffness. Because of our commitment to therapeutic massage in Tallahassee, our volunteers will help participants unwind and recover. We draw from evidence-based practices such as the Graston Technique® to address muscle tension, support recovery, and promote endurance activity.

On-Site Recovery Care During Race Day
